Bob Gordon Retrospective Art Show
Bob Gordon, a beloved valley artist, passed away on September 8th, leaving the local art world greatly saddened.
Sound of Silence
Imagine walking through the woods after a freshly fallen snow. All the animals are hushed in their shelters. A quiet beauty surrounds you and the only sound you hear is silence.
Looking Forward
All paintings are originals and many depict New England landscapes. The style of these artists varies greatly and spans realism to abstraction. Each has a unique interpretation of the subject, use of color and application of the paint.

The tulips and the forsythia are in full bloom. What’s that you say? Not in your backyard? Well they are at the MWV Arts Association’s current show on the 2nd floor of the MET Coffeehouse in North Conway Village.

The show featured approximately 25 member artists in a variety of mediums. In the Resident Artists Gallery was Bill Fein, Merle Sciacca, Mary Bastoni, Kathleen Gilligan, Sarah Eastman, Isaac Rader and Deb Snow.
Heat Wave
Our new show, “Heat Wave”, will begin on Thursday, May 27th and will run until Tuesday, August 3rd. The hours will be 7 am until 8 pm, 7 days a week.
Art In The Park August 7th & 8th
This two day art show is the signature event of the Mt. Washington Valley Arts Association. Fine artists and craftspeople are invited to sign up.
Fall into Color
A wide variety of subjects, styles and media are represented in the show. Many of the artworks are autumn themed. As well as paintings and photographs, many affordable art prints and cards are also available for sale.
Gatherings
This show at the MET Coffeehouse in North Conway Village is themed “Gatherings”. The show features seven local and regional member artists with fall themed artworks.
Gift of Art
“Gift of Art” is the December Art Show at the Main Street Art Gallery in Norcross Place, beside Sawyer River Trading Company. As the name implies, there are many works of art that would make a perfect holiday gift.
