Arts, Antiques, and Treasures Returns: Spring Cleaning & Shopping Event to Benefit the Arts

Get ready to uncover one-of-a-kind finds at the annual Arts, Antiques, and Treasures — a vibrant community event that brings new life to art, furniture, and household goods. Hosted by the Mt. Washington Valley Arts Association at Settlers Green, this exciting gathering invites neighbors to donate their gently loved items and return later in the week to shop the eclectic collection of treasures at affordable prices.

Browse a diverse and ever-changing mix of artwork, vintage décor, timeless furniture, and practical household goods. This event is more than just a sale. It’s about sustainability, community connection, and discovering beauty in the unexpected.

The up-cycling market will take place at Settlers Green, Building F aka “The Hangar” (2 Common Ct, North Conway), adjacent to Applebee’s. How it works:

• Donate: May 5, 6, & 7 (10AM–2PM) Community members can drop off clean, gently used items in good condition, including artwork, frames, furniture, ceramics, textiles, and more.
• Shop: May 8, 9, & 10 (10AM–4PM) Return during the sale hours to browse and purchase from the collection—every piece has a story and a second chance at life.
• Support: All proceeds benefit the Mt. Washington Valley Arts Association making each purchase a way to give back to the valley’s local art community.

Whether you’re an art lover, a vintage hunter, or just someone looking to refresh your space, make sure you mark your calendar for the 2025 Arts, Antiques, and Treasures. The Mt. Washington Valley Arts Association has been promoting the arts in our community since the 1960s through events, classes, and the annual Art in the Park fine art festival. The association’s gallery is open year-round at 16 Norcross Circle (behind the new Sap House Meadery), Thursday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (extended hours for summer!). The 53rd Annual Art in the Park will be October 11 & 12, 2025 in Schouler Park.
