The current show at the MET Coffeehouse in North Conway Village is themed “Gatherings”. The show features seven local and regional member artists with fall themed artworks. Local artists include oil painters Martha Aucoin, Bill Fein, Maryellen Moran and Betty Brown. Local watercolorists include Deborah Snow, Mary Burnell and Sharon Allen a regional oil painter.
All paintings are originals and most depict New England landscapes. The style of these seven artists varies greatly and spans realism to abstraction. Each has a unique interpretation of the subject, use of color and application of the paint. There is something for everyone to enjoy. All artworks are for sale through the coffeehouse.
The show will run until the end of November. The coffeehouse is open seven days a week from 7am until 7pm.
